The Central office of the University of Mazandran is located in city of Babolsar which is lied in the mid-section of Mazandaran. It is one of the most attractive coastal cities on the caspian. Babolsar is a popular sea resort with many villa compounds such as "Darya - kenar" and "khazar - Shahr" .
